About the Chef:
Jason Sexton is a two time James Beard staff member and has cooked for several celebrities such as Michael Bolton, Johnny Cochran, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Don King, and Patricia Heaton. His culinary career began after he graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu Pennsylvania in 1997-1998. His talent launched his career to Sous Chef at one of Esquire’s Top 20 New Restaurants in America 2000, San Roche. In 2004, Jason accepted the position as the Certified Executive Chef at the Clifton Club located on the shores of Lake Erie in Ohio. After 9 years at the Clifton Club, he made the decision to move to the Grand Strand. While getting settled into the area he has worked at familiar restaurants such as the Surf Club, Fire and Smoke, the Brentwood, and the Grand Dunes. Crow Creek is very excited to have Jason a part of our staff and look forward to him providing exceptional food service.

About the event: For this event, we will have two seatings each night: 6pm & 7pm. The menu will include 3 courses with two options to chose from for only $30. We are also adding a wine pairing for each course for only $15. If interested in the wine pairing please let it be known when you RSVP. There will be limited seating by RSVP only.
