First time players will find hole number 1 to be a nice inviting start to the round.  A medium length and nearly straight Par 4, it has a wide landing area, an open approach to the green and no serious hazards to negotiate.

Going hard to  the left could land you out of bounds. Other than that,  getting a shot to the green from most anywhere isn’t difficult.
