Elizabeth has spent approximately 18 years in the golf business. She moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 1996 and has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. She has trained with various chefs, developing her culinary skills. Her focus has been food presentation, large event catering, and event planning. As Sous chef, her team orchestrates numerous large annual events in addition to weekly member functions. When she joined the Crow Creek team, Elizabeth instantly became a local favorite with her glowing smile and warm disposition. She has created delicious menu offerings that have attracted the attention of many in the Calabash restaurant scene. Crow Creek has become the “go-to” for breakfast in Calabash, NC.
